If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for size exchange or partial refund within 10 days of the merchandise’s delivery date.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to the items that have been returned. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. The goods that are given back must also include their original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) that were included originally on the package.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions below. GREENTEX SRL reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a full refund of shipping and import fees.
If the costumers would like to request a refund they must write an email to the following address: customercare(at)waterville.it. The e-mail must also include the items code and if the request is about a money refund or a size change.
In case of the costumers would like to change the size of the items the shipment of the changed one will be done by a courier chosen by them. The cost of shipment must be also paid by the costumers.
Clients can choose between two compensation options:
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different colour of the same Item Code is available. Exchanges for a different Item code are currently unavailable.
Free Return policy is limited to one exchange.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted.
Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Orders will be refunded in the same currency used to purchase. Currency fluctuations can't be refounded.
