Tracking, Delivery & Insurance
GREENTEX SRL ships worldwide thanks to FEDEX EXPRESS delivery. In Italy we deliver our products thank to the partnership with BRT EXPRESS.

Shipment is Free in all European Union.
For countries outside of the European Union the cost of transport is euro 30,00.
Tracking
When the order will be shipped, the costumers will receive an e-mail from our company in which they’ll find the tracking number and a direct link to check the shipment status.
If there will be a delay due to some external issues such as custom operations the costumer will be notified directly by the courier or by GREENTEX SRL.
Delivery
Upon each order delivery the costumers are asked to check the box carefully before they sign the delivery paper for acceptance. GREENTEX SRL packages are carefully sealed. If for any reason the box looks damaged the costumers can refuse it or sign the delivery paper checking the acceptance with reservation option opening immediately a claim with the courier and contacting GREENTEX SRL at costumercare@waterville.it Contact the company also if the signature on the delivery paper is an unauthorized one.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the GREENTEX SRL commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual refund.
Insurance
GREENTEX SRL shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
Import Duties
Prices do not include import duties, which must be paid upon delivery.
GREENTEX SRL reserves the right to delay delivery in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
GREENTEX SRL reserves the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank.
